Education: B.A. in Journalism- Delaware State College in Dover, DE (1988); Culinary Arts Degree- Stratford University in Falls Church, Virginia (1999)
I have combined these two disciplines- the school of Aguste Escoffier and Marie-Antoine Carême- to write high level menus and execute the perfect finished product. Studying the history of people, culture, and food is the key to the best culinary experience.
